The Model 130 comes equipped with a 40" unwind, unwind backing disc, movable unwind splice table, and automatic unwind brake adjust. This assures consistent unwind braking tension without your operator consistently fiddling with potentiometers.
The inspection area of a our slitter rewinders is intelligently designed. The operator can stand, (or sit) to view your moving web, while keeping the control panel at their finger tips. Also while inspecting labels the operator is looking at the slit of each cut and the rewinds. Each machine comes standard with a bright, state of the art strobe which can either be fired by each label or with its own internal control.
With the inspection tower comes a festoon unit with adequate web storage to stop the web before your defected label reaches the editing splice table.
If requested, we can add as an option video inspection for added quality control.

Operator Touch Sceen Allows the operator to set values for each job. It allows the operator to see real time tension settings, unwind values, counts, and much more.
