Custodian/Grounds Keeper

Seeking an energetic, hard-working, and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Custodian/Grounds Keeper. The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented, flexible and willing to take on non-routine cleaning and special projects as the need arises. The Custodian will be responsible for keeping the inside and outside of the facility clean and organized.  This is a fantastic opportunity to earn competitive pay and benefits with some schedule flexibility.   This is a brand new position for the company – help us develop it!

Responsibilities for Custodian/Grounds Keeper

• Clean building floors – sweeping, mopping, or vacuuming them
• Clean & supply restrooms
• Remove waste and empty trash
• Replenish cleaning and maintenance supplies
• Seasonal lawn care (mowing, weeding, weed-eating)
• Seasonal snow/ice removal (plowing, sanding, ice removal
• Notify supervisors about unsafe conditions or concerning the need for repairs or maintenance
